Comments:       Opera is a fast, full-featured web browser
                that runs very well on older and newer
                computers. This is the free version that
                contains a small banner.  This extension 
                installs Opera as a .uci .  It also places 
                an icon on the desktop of user dsl and adds
                a menu item.  It is believed to work with 
                all versions of DSL that support MyDsl 
                extensions.
                Although Opera supports Mozilla plugins.
                Version 8.01 needs motif libraries to use
                some plugins.  They are not part of DSL.
                You will see an error at run time you can
                ignore.
