    Datahub::Factory::Importer::VKC uses Catmandu
    <http://librecat.org/Catmandu/> to fetch a list of records from the
    CollectiveAccess <http://collectiveaccess.org/> instance of the VKC
    <http://www.vlaamsekunstcollectie.be/>. It returns an Importer.
